Instant booking allows you to make a reservation within minutes. We will also request you to provide a copy of your valid id prior to your stay.
Yes, we will accept shorter stays on occasion. Mainly when your stay is just a few days away, but please ask.
Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control.
We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event and you need to cancel within 45 days or depart early. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
We do not sell trip insurance, but you can purchase it from the following companies you book with us. We do not receive a commission for the service but wanted you to have the benefit of the insurance.
Non-arrival guests – No refund issued. It is therefore suggested that guests obtain appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
2-day stay is our minimum. We may accept shorter stays on occasion. Mainly when your stay is just a few days away, but please ask.
All properties have space for at least two vehicles. In addition, each house has ample off–street parking.
Payments
Online payments are accepted via this website, we use Stripe for online payments. Cash or Check options are not available at the moment.
We allow one payment method per reservation.
You are charged at the time of booking.
Existing reservation
Reach out to us if you want to move your reservation to a different date. The total length of stay remains the same or may be increased. Changes are subject to availability and rates.
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
- Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of the monies paid, less a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund.
Yes, based on availability and rates. We typically offer discounts if you decide to extend your stay.
Yes, all of our properties offer free Wi-Fi connection.
Where Wi-Fi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests. The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, and light video/music/media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, or extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
Help on your reservations
Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure.
Groceries are only a few minutes away from each house. The nearest ones will be in the digital welcome book that you will receive after you connect to the Wi-Fi network at one of our homes.
There is NO SMOKING in our homes. If we find that you have smoked in one of our homes, there will be a minimum $500 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.
Only pre-approved pets are allowed. Note that there is a per night / per pet fee.
Early check-in or late check-out is a possibility during off-season and by prior arrangement only.
